Our products are completely natural and use natural preservatives or no preservatives. keeping them in a cool, dry place and avoiding moisture and cross contamination is key to the formulas to keep them safe and extend shelf life of the product.. After opening your product please remember that Bee Natural Company LLC is not responsible for its formulations or products as its under your control. We also do not except returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We must be notified in a 24 hour window of you getting your products with a detailed explanation and photo. All returns must go through customer service and sales approval, and of cores we will make it right by exchanging you with a new product. If you have allergies to nuts, or vanilla or fragile, or pregnant please consult your health care provider and also perform a spot test with very product purchased.
